About validations

What happens to unused validations?

They don't vanish. Unused validations roll over to the end of the next billing period, and older validations are used first. We remind you before they expire.

How does monitoring use validations?

Each scan covers up to 8 rivals and uses 1 of your validations. Weekly is about 5 scans a month. Monitoring pauses when validations run out and resumes when you top up.

What if I change my amount mid-month?

Added validations are available right away and prorated; reductions take effect at the next billing date.

Do my reports stay if I cancel?

Yes. Reports stay online for 12 months from when they were made; you just stop getting new validations.
